Step 1

  Place the diffuser on a level surface away from sources of heat; use the funnel supplied to fill the diffuser with essential oil until it is two-thirds full. Ensure the outer surface of the diffuser is dry.

Step 2

  Place the wick into the diffuser and secure the catalytic burner connected to the wick firmly on the top of the diffuser. (When the catalytic burner is being used for the first time, let the wick soak for 20 minutes so that the essential oil can be absorbed by the catalytic burner head). 

Step 3

  Light up the catalytic burner and allow the flame to burn for 2 to 2½ minutes before extinguishing it. The essential oil will diffuse without needing an open flame.

Step 4

  Cover the top of the diffuser with the threaded cap. You can now enjoy the benefits of essential oil that only Lampe Berger can bring to you. In a room of 20 to 40m³, just using the diffuser for 40 minutes can ensure aromatics effect for up to 6 hours.

Step 5

  When you wish to stop using it, remove the threaded cap and place the small cap over the burner head.

Step 6

  Put back the threaded cap and store the diffuser in a safe place until its next usage.
